1. Shipping Within UAE 🇦🇪

We offer fast delivery across all Emirates.

Delivery Time:

  • Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days

  • Abu Dhabi, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ: 2–3 business days

  • Remote areas: 3–5 business days

Shipping Fees:

  • Standard UAE delivery: AED X (replace with amount)

  • Free delivery on orders above AED X (optional)

Cash on Delivery (COD):

COD is available across UAE.
COD fee: AED X (optional)

2. International Shipping 🌍

We ship worldwide.

Delivery Time:

  • GCC Countries: 5–10 business days

  • Asia, Europe: 7–14 business days

  • USA/Canada/Australia: 10–15 business days

(Shipping time may vary based on customs processing.)

International Charges:

Shipping charges vary by country and will be shown at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties:
Any customs, VAT, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day

  • Orders placed after 4 PM GST are processed the next business day

  • Weekend/holiday orders process on the next working day

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS

  • Tracking details will be shared automatically

  • You can track your shipment in real time

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to us.

If re-shipping is needed, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Incorrect Address

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address, Zaahab will not be responsible for delayed delivery.
Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare case of a lost or damaged shipment:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours

  • Provide order number + photos/video (if applicable)
    We will coordinate with the courier for a replacement or refund.
